The 2006 US West Coast Excel / Access User Conference will be held on October 25th and 26th, in the Marina del Rey Hotel - Marina del Rey, California USA. October 25th will be directed towards the intermediate users and October 26th will have topics for the advanced users.

Conference Day 1: Beyond the Basics - October 25th, 2006

Whether you are a new user or have been using Excel or Access for a few years, "Beyond the Basics" is for you. Like most of us regular users, you may have the feeling you are using only a fraction of the full power of what Microsoft Office can offer. "Beyond the Basics" is designed to take the average user to the next level. All of the sessions will provide proven tips and strategies to make you more productive from leading experts, including Microsoft MVPs, who share their knowledge regularly in various online forums.

Beyond the Basics will put you on the road to a place where Microsoft Office starts working for you instead of you working with the software.

Conference Day 2: Advance to the Next Level - October 26th, 2006

If you have mastered most features of Excel / Access and want to start pushing the software to the max, then "Advance to the Next Level" is for you. Most users find the more they learn about Microsoft Office, the more there is to learn. These sessions are designed to sharpen your skills and introduce you to some of the more advanced features and functionality.

You will see demonstrations that will illustrate many of the tools and strategies to develop applications.  Most of the session leaders are professional full time independent developers.
